WE TAKE THE RISK OUT OF ORDERING ONLINE:
If you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange, credit or refund.
NOTE: If you placed your order with free freight, your money will be refunded minus the initial freight cost incurred by Spidi Australia. This freight cost will be calculated fairly, using the Australia Post freight calculator. Before sending your items back, please contact us and we can advise of the freight amount to be deducted from the refund. The buyer is also responsible for organising (and paying for) the freight of the return.
RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS
All returns MUST be authorised by Spidi Australia before goods are returned. Please call or email one of our helpful staff and they will give you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number which must be enclosed in return parcel.
All items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition with tags attached (unless faulty). Any packaged goods must be returned with the packaging in its original condition or your return may not be accepted (unless faulty).
Any RMA which is not in an acceptable condition will be sent back at the expense of the customer, please ensure all items are in new & resaleable condition to avoid your RMA being rejected.
If you have a faulty item that you would like corrected, please contact our customer service team before sending the item back. Faulty items may be returned outside of the regular returns time frames providing the item is still under warranty. Please contact customer service for warranty periods and freight changes.
We aim to have your refund processed within 24 hours of receiving; however, some faults must be approved by the manufacturer before a repair (if repairable), refund or replacement can be issued. In this case we will keep you informed on a regular basis via email updates. This process usually takes around 2 weeks and once completed you should receive your repairable item, refund or replacement within 1-7 business days.
If your order arrives damaged in transit please take photos of the damage and email them to our customer service department before and after opening the packaging to ensure the correct procedure is followed when rectifying the situation.

We endeavour to get you your products as soon as possible to ensure your experience with us is nothing but easy. We appreciate your business and will always give extra value as a gesture of this appreciation.
Delivery times vary around Australia, if you would like an estimated delivery time, we recommend you use the Australia Post Delivery Time Calculator. Our suburb/postcode is Banyo ,4014.
All lead times are in business days and exclude public holidays.
If you order after 2pm, orders will be processed the following business day.
Dispatch is based on items leaving our Banyo warehouse.
Sometimes items will be out of stock. If this is an issue, we will always ensure we fix this with the least amount of inconvenience to you.

SPIDI Australia Sale Terms and Conditions
We are not able to offer sale pricing outside of the sale. If you purchase an item outside of the sale time frame, it will be the original price. If an item you purchased goes on sale afterwards, we are not able to reimburse the difference.
All items, including sale items, can be returned in accordance to our returns policy however, if you choose to exchange after the sale has ended the new item will return to the original price. We suggest purchasing replacement items right away to secure the sale price. If you are hoping to swap the size only in the exact same style & colour item, please get in touch with our customer service team for pre-approval.
We are not able to special order in, layby or raincheck items at the sale price. Sales price is final, no further discounts.
We are not able to hold items prior to complete payment, to secure items you will need to pay in full.
Items added to your cart at sale price during the sale will return to their original price once the sale has ended.
Any quotes or invoices created during the sale will be cancelled once the sale has ended, and the items will return to the original price.
We will make every effort to dispatch all orders on time, as promised. Orders processed before 2pm AEST Monday to Friday should be dispatched that same day.

Spidi Australia will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & WARRANTY
Any item which is to be returned to Spidi Australia will only be accepted approval has been granted by Spidi Australia and an RMA number has been generated. Spidi Australia reserves the right to refuse any returned item without notice if we deem the return to not meet guidelines set upon creation of an RMA.
The cost of returning rejected items is the responsibility of the customer and Spidi Australia reserves the right to hold products until payment of shipping has been made.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All pricing unless otherwise stated is set to Recommended Retail which in most cases is set by the Australian Importers of the Products. Pricing changes at Spidi Australia are at the direction of the Australian supplier due to currency fluctuations.
If notified before goods have been dispatched, Spidi Australia can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, Spidi Australia reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Spidi Australia shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
